I’m Melissa Vargas. I live in Potrero, Guanacaste, and my day starts with movement: training, caring for my body and staying consistent even when motivation is low.
I work with people who want to feel better in their bodies — from beginners to athletes and active travelers visiting the coast. Every massage is designed around the person in front of me: their body, their goals and how they feel that day.
